CloseTestHub is a crowdsourced testing platform for Android, providing the following main services:

• Publish testing tasks: App developers can publish various Android app testing tasks
• Accept tasks: Testers can browse and accept testing tasks they're interested in
• Points management: Unified points system for task rewards and publishing
• Closed testing service: Assist developers in building and managing Google Groups closed testing environment

3. User Account

3.1 Account Registration

• You need to register an account to use the full features of this Service
• You should provide true, accurate, and complete registration information
• You are responsible for keeping your account information and password secure
• You agree to take responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Security

• If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, you should notify us immediately
• We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to properly safeguard account information

4. User Code of Conduct

When using this Service, you should comply with the following conduct norms:

• Lawful use: Only use this Service for lawful purposes：
• No publishing: Do not publish illegal, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or inappropriate content：
• True information: Provide true and accurate task information and testing feedback：
• Respect others: Do not harass, defame, or infringe on the rights of others：

5. Points Rules

5.1 Earning Points

• Completing tasks can earn corresponding point rewards
• Point reward amounts are set by the task publisher
• We reserve the right to adjust point rules

5.2 Using Points

• Publishing tasks requires consuming corresponding points
• Points cannot be withdrawn, only for in-platform consumption
• Points recharge is not refundable

5.3 Violation Handling

• If there are violations, we have the right to deduct or clear points from violating accounts
• Serious violations will result in permanent account suspension

6. Closed Testing Service

Our closed testing services include but are not limited to:

• Assist in setting up Google Groups closed testing group
• Precisely match target test users
• Provide testing reports and feedback data

Using this service means you agree to use relevant app information for testing purposes and ensure you have necessary app distribution permissions.

7. Intellectual Property

• The intellectual property of this Service and its content (including but not limited to code, design, logo, trademarks) belongs to us
• Without authorization, you cannot copy, modify, disseminate, or use our intellectual property
• For content you publish, you retain ownership, but grant us necessary usage licenses

8. Disclaimer

• Service status: This Service is provided "as is", we do not provide any express or implied warranties
• Usage risk: You use this Service at your own risk
• Task content: We are not responsible for the authenticity and legality of task content published by users
• Service interruption: We may suspend or terminate services at any time for maintenance, upgrades, etc.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for the following losses:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this Service
• Disputes or conflicts between users
• Any losses arising from task publishing or execution
